You will receive an email with tracking information when your product is shipped. Use this information to track your purchase. Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges). We are unable to reship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after six weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us.

Refunds: Refunds are issued on lost or damaged items. From time to time delivery services either lose or damage product during shipping. For lost packages where the carrier acknowledges that the product was lost we will issue a full refund of the order. On orders where the carrier has determined that the package was successfully delivered but the customer did not recieve the product. We will handle these orders on a case by case basis and issue a partial refund if the customer provided the correct complete shipping address information. Refunds granted will not include any applicable shipping, handling/dutie fees. We will not issue refunds for products stolen from a customers property.

Refunds for Damaged Product: If your product was damaged during shipment. Please take photos of the damaged product and its shipping packaging before requesting a refund. We will need these photos to make a any refund decision. In cases of product damaged in shipment we will issue a full refund of the product within 5 business days once our investigation is completed.


Due to safety issues; We do not accept returns as the items are food product.
